Dosage

Three softgels 3 times per day with meals. Take for a period of 1 to 3 months. For best results use other supportive nutrients, such as vitamin C, glucosamine sulfate and chondroitin sulfate. Reduce or relieve caffeine, smoking and alcohol from the diet.
