Ingredients

Supplement Facts Serving Size 1 Spray Amount Per Serving %DV Melatonin 1.5 mg † +  Daily Value not established. Other ingrediants : purified water, vegetable glycerine, phospholipid (soy lecithin), natural orange oil, mixed tocopherols (vitamin E), stevia extract, glyceryl, monolaurate, methylparaben (0.1%), potassium sorbate (0.1%), xanthan gum, citric acid, and beta carotene.

Dosage

1 to 3 sprays before bedtime. Each spray delivers approx. 1.5 mg of melatonin. Spray liquid under the tongue, allow to remain for 30 seconds and swish before swallowing. Do not take more than 3 full sprays unless recommended by your physician.
