Red WobenzymN is the original German formula. It has 16mg sucrose, Kaolin (which helps alleviate bad gas which some people get when taking systemic enzymes) & sunset yellow food coloring (a food grade coloring).
Clear WobenzymN was developed for Health Food stores in the USA who objected to the above three ingredients.
Both Red and Clear contain the same amount of systemic enzymes.
