Accountant/Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities
A/R for various merchant paymentslike Importing of credit card transactions and reconciliation of account
A/P for multiple vendors & agencies using online software
Payroll for employees
Payments to 1099/ C2C
Bank account reconciliations
Accrual-based month-end close journal entries, account reconciliations and review using QuickBooks and Excel
Generate monthly accrual-based financial statements for clients
Reconciling vendor invoices and raising credits
Take care of Timesheets
HR related activities like PTO etc
Prepare standard SOW/ Contracts and send them over to vendors/ clients/ contractors
General communication over email/ phone with the vendors/ clients/ contractors
Required Qualifications
• Proficient in QuickBooks Pro and Premier (2010 or later)
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong knowledge of payroll rules
• Understanding of differences between accrual and cash-based accounting
• Should be able to work independently and be a problem solver
• Good written and verbal communication skills

SEO/ SMO position
Job site : Union City, CA
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and advocate search and social strategies,campaign goals and online objectives.
• Conduct on-site, off-site, and social platform audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create detailed SEO recommendations and manage project execution on Link building, digital asset optimization (DAO), social media optimization (SMO), social media integration, content creation, conversion rate optimization, and technical optimization.
• Define and report on SEO/Social Media KPIs, forecast ROI/goals, set benchmarks and provide strategic and tactical analysis.
• Guide the growth of the SEO/inbound marketing services within the agency: develops standards, processes, and methodology for teh website.
• Develop thought leadership content, blog posts, case studies, and actively participates in the SEO and SM community.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
•2+ years' experience as an SEO or content strategist with 1+ years in a client facing role.
•Experience leveraging social media platforms for SEO campaigns (content strategy, link baiting, social linking).
•Strong command of both on-site and off-site SEO best practices
•Familiarity with Google (and Bing) Webmaster Tools
•Data savvy: strong Excel skills, familiarity with web analytics (Adobe Omniture SiteCatalyst, Google Analytics, etc.), social analytics (Hootsuite, Context Optional), and SEO (MajesticSEO, SEOMoz, Raven Tools) suites.
•Basic understanding of online privacy and security fundamentals required.
Desired Skills:
•Experience optimizing large dynamic web properties (CMS and e-commerce platforms).
•Experience with WordPress, Drupal, Joomla and other content management systems.
•Functional knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, PHP, AJAX, and intermediate developer/webmaster skill (e.g. LAMP, ASP.NET) is a plus.
•Familiarity with enterprise SEO packages (BrightEdge, Searchlight Conductor, Covario)
•Experience with multi-lingual, multi-market, or global campaigns is a major plus.
•Cross-channel experience with paid (PPC, display, sponsored social ads) and earned (community management, viral marketing) media is a plus.
