    Gnaphalium polycephalum 4X frequent cramps in legs and feet
    Calcarea Carbonica 6X, 12X, 30X cramps in calves at night
    Lycopodium clavatum 6X cramps in calves, sciatica
    Magnesia Phosphorica 6X severe cramps in calves
    Rhus toxicodendron 6X, 12X, 30X cramps in calves, tearing pains
    Cuprum Metallicum 12X cramps in legs and feet
    Inactive Ingredients: Cellulose, lactose, magnesium stearate

    Suggestions

    • Adults and children over the age of 12, chew one tablet and allow to dissolve in the mouth every 30 minutes until symptoms improve, then reduce to every 4 hours
    • Children 6-12 years of age, use one half the adult dosage
    • Not recommended for children under the age of 6

    For best results, take in a clean mouth

    Lifesavers!

    When these go out of stock I go into a flat spin of panic. Without them my life is a misery. I don't just get leg cramps but rather my whole body goes into paroxysmal spasms which are excruciating and incredibly difficult to relieve. I take 4 am and 4 pm and that pretty much keeps them at bay. Very occasionally I get a breakthrough spasm and just take a couple extra for the next few days.
