    Ingredients: Organic Alfalfa Sprouting Seed, Organic Broccoli Sprouting Seed, Organic Adzuki Bean Sprouting Seed, Organic Red Lentil Sprouting Seed, Organic Mung Beans Sprouting Seed.


    Suggestions

    Pour 2-4 tablespoon of sprouting seeds into bag or jar plus soak them in water at room temp for 4-6 hours. Once soaked, drain water. Hang bag or tilt jar to ensure complete drainage. Give seeds a quick but thorough rinse 2 times daily. Drain in between.
